Market Intelligence & Reporting Analyst at Ntel Nigeria

Market Intelligence & Reporting Analyst at Ntel Nigeria

  • Role Purpose

  • Perform market data analysis (internal and external) to obtain actionable insights for the business.
  • Report on KPI for the business (activation, subscriptions/revenue, ARPU, top-up)
  • Key Role Responsibilities

  • Provide Performance Reporting on all ntel’s product and service revenue lines, with key metrics under consideration: Revenue, ARPU, Customer Acquisition, Usage, Retention, and Churn
  • Proactively consult and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels to identify and align research requirements and project with the tactical and strategic requirements of stakeholders.
  • Objectively manage, review, capture, analyze and present on a broad range of intelligence topics as dictated by the objective needs of the business, supporting them with both a strategic and tactical level research.
  • Manage agreed projects and activities aligned to New Business, New Market and Existing Business development activities.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for gathering, sharing and developing Market Insights that support potential growth opportunities; explore opportunities to utilize existing content and sources before commissioning additional work.
  • Identify, assess, and report potential risks posed to ntel’s marketing strategies at every instance.
  • Conduct regular scanning of the ntel’s operating environment with keen emphasis on P.E.S.T. factors, etc. and potential impact on the business.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis with a view to measuring performance against set budget.
  • Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Minimum Requirements
    Education:

  • Minimum of First Degree from a recognized university. Numerate discipline is preferred.
  • MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage
  • Experience: 

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience including:
    • 2 years' telecommunication experience.(Added Advantage)
    • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft office packages, SQL, MS Excel and/or MS PowerBI
    • Professional Certification:
    • Relevant Professional Certification from a recognized Professional Body is desirable
