Client Service Officer at TGM Education

Job Details:

Job Duties:

  • Provides information, advice, and guidance to undergraduates, graduates, and postgraduates through individual interviews.
  • Assists students in the development of an educational plan including choosing a program of study and/or clarifying educational goals.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of development and integration of clients.
  •  Applying to schools in UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Germany
  • Successfully enroll students to universities of their choice by making sure that visa applications are thoroughly lodged
  • Prepare Student for Visa interview.
  • Thorough follow-ups on clients via emails and phone calls
  • Imputing Clients details on the database i.e. Excel sheet
  • Fully represents the interest of TGM Education at all educational fairs and Annual Programs
  • Compiling and sending daily and weekly conversion reports

Job Expectation;

  • Meet target numbers given at the end of the intake
  • Build a very strong relationship with the client so as to have a larger pull of referral database.
  • To successfully counsel a client and successfully convert
  • Have a good knowledge of courses offered so as to place students on Universities and Countries of their choice.
  •  Help the organization in developing more partnerships.
  •  Assisting with the Organization program – Fairs, School Visits.

Educational Experience;

BSc or MSc in any related field

  • Total support in organizing the exhibition and other educational fairs

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate must have completed NYSC
  • Candidate must be able to speak Hausa and English Language fluently
  • Female Prefferred
  • Candidate must be living in Sokoto presently
