Business Development Manager at Visual Brand Agency

Job Summary

The business development manager is responsible for developing business solutions and increase sales turnover.

He/she will manage client accounts and come up with new sales ideas which include new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching products and/or products
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Researching Organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contracting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
  • Preparing power point presentations and sales display s
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating
  • Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Keep healthy relationships with clients.
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Group Director to achieve revenue goals.
  • Expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials and evaluating options
  • Ensure all sales execution to last mile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
  • Three to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, technology or related field
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
