Receptionist at Ezyride Luxury Nigeria Limited

Job Description:

Book meetings within & outside the office and schedule events.
Welcome & Provide general support to visitors.
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Answer and redirect phone calls.

 

Qualification / Requirement:

OND/HND/BSC holder - Additional qualification as an Office Administrator or Secretary is a plus.
Organized - must have excellent organizational, administrative & time - management skills.
Familiarity with office equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft office software.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
