Office Clerk at Ezyride Luxury Nigeria Limited

Job Description:

 Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase of new items.
 Keep physical and digital records of employees.
 Communicate via text/mail to prospective employee.
 Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons.
 Organize, store and print company documents as required.
 Submit expense reports to the finance officer.
 Make travel arrangements.
 Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
 Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
 Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
 Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.

 

Job Requirements:

OND/HND/BSC holder in any relevant discipline.
Organized - Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Problem-solving attitude while paying attention to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Additional qualification or experience as an Office Administrator or Secretary is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
