Admin Manager at Alexander Marius


o    Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

o    Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space

o    Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

o    Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

o    Manage schedules and deadlines

o    Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

o    Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

o    Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)

o    Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

o    Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

o    Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments


o    Must have B.Sc.

o    Proven experience as administration manager

o    In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

o    Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

o    Proficient in MS Office

o    An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

o    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

o    A team player with leadership skills
