Training & Curriculum Officer at Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrators

Job Description:

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

·         Provides general administrative and resource support for the Training Department which includes research.

·         Conducts training and development programs and objectives.

·         Plans, organizes, facilitates and order supplies for training and development.

·         Obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.

·         Develops and monitors spending against the departmental budget.

·         Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.

·         Modifies programs as needed.

·         Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of NICArb.

·         Any other tasks assigned.

Functional/ Technical:         

•        Business Acumen
