Job Description
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Proficiency in IT and typing
• Attending to office bills and payments Eg electricity, internet etc .
• Receiving and sending out mails
• Politely attending to visitors
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Preparing and collating reports
• Filing
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
