Executive Assistant at Integrated Corporate Services Limited

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing and compiling reports generated by the Finance and Strategy team.
  • Prepare from time to time various technical reports using data from units reporting to the ED
  • Keep a diary of appointments, meetings etc.
  • Liaising with various Units/Group Heads on joint tasks assigned by the ED
  • Attending to routine administrative/secretarial errands
  • Organizing and attending meetings, producing documents and presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in the similar capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge reviewing and interpreting financial reports
  • Conversant with Strategy documents and implementation.
  • Preparing Board reports
  • Very Good Communication skills 
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • IT skills 
  • Business Writing 
  • Negotiation Skills 
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency 
  • Planning & Organizing
  • Sound Presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Basic Knowledge of the Insurance business practices
