Client Relationship And Sales Manager at Ysidra Creative Solutions

In your role as a Client Relationship and Sales Manager, you will perform the following functions:

  • Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management.
  • Constantly liaising with the production crew ensuring that they get the process cycle right and to meet with our customers budget, timeline and to specification
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Preparing proposals and making presentations/sales pitch to prospective and existing customers.
  • Building a high-profile network database of potential customers.
  • Negotiating terms of agreement and closing out contract deals
  • Interfacing with customers and representing the organization at events and trade exhibitions
  • Preparing and providing customers with quotations, invoices receipts, and other client service documentation.
  • Responsible for ensuring all client tools, processes and checklists are utilized in the execution of all projects.
  • Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
  • Develop marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department; brand management and corporate identity; online and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Enhance & manage social media engagement (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) including daily activity and content.
  • Responsible for providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
  • Update and maintain CRM system.
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
  • Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Feed future buying trends back to employers;
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with marketing influencers.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Participate in creative and “brainstorming” sessions with staff
  • Proactively communicate observations that will improve the efficiencies and success of the company.
  • Coordinate community outreach and philanthropic initiatives.

 DESIRABLE QUALITIES

  • Passionate about making a positive difference and adding value
  • A love of reading and all things books.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in sales/client service/marketing role
  • Professional business presence and a keen understanding of business concepts.
  • An understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience working with an agency
  • Experience meeting sales target
  • Strong research skills and an ability to look past the numbers.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and confident.

 QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s Degree or a Higher National Diploma in Business or a related field is required
