Technical Assistant-CEO at Confidential

Our client is a leading Management Consulting Group offering professional and business advisory services to both multinational and reputable indigenous clients across all sectors. In the role of Technical Assistant, you will perform diversified functions such as Operations, Project Management and Business management, while supporting the group-wide business operations of the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs diversified strategic business function for the Group CEO.
  • Drafts confidential correspondence, edits documents, projects management and performs other administrative duties.
  • Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned.
  • Interprets and relays company policy information; keeps CEO informed of any deviation on items requiring personal attention.
  • Assists in departmental projects as necessary.
  • Assists in the preparation of departmental budget and monitors expenditures.
  • Maintains office supplies and initiates requisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar capacity working with business executives preferably from a Consulting environment.
  • Ability to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office systems to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Internet skills.
  • Experience in organising meetings and conferences (domestic and international)
  • Timely collection of reports and presentations in advance of meetings including using the internal communication tools to share documents etc.
