HR&ADMIN at Confidential

The Human Resources & Admin Officer will provide oversight to the management of human resources; Assist in the achievement of program objectives with the facilitation of recruitment, Employee Welfare and Well being, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Labour Law and HR legal compliance and other areas of the HR value chain while managing employee documentation and staff information management, supervision of clerical staff, office assistants and drivers, official information receipt and dispatch, utility and facility management and other administrative responsibilities.

 

Qualification:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in human resource management Organization
  • University Degree/Equivalent in Business management, social sciences, human resources or other relevant field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English required, including report development, writing and editing.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
  • Certification in Human Resources with demonstrable transfer of learning will be an added advantage.
  • Individual should be self- directed and willing to learn
