Vacancy For Lead B2B & Strategic Marketing at Best Mobile

Job Summary: Responsible for building and promoting Best Mobile’s businesses in close partnership with Executive Management by providing sound, innovative, strategic leadership and initiatives.

 

Qualification:

 

  • A relevant degree in a marketing related discipline. MBA preferred.
  • 7-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years of telecommunication experience.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Product launch and business development experience required.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work in close partnership with Management to identify potential new business opportunities, and develop plans and action steps to secure such business, both on a local and regional basis.
  • Provide strong leadership to the company’s business development team.
  • Ensure positive ROI on marketing expenditure by achieving incremental sales in each month equal to or above marketing expenses in prior month.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and brand strategies across the organization.
  • Develop specific promotional activities for the business units.
  • Develop and track metrics for all marketing programs and activities.
  • Help in maintaining brand integrity across product lines, and all other internal and external communication platforms
  • Exploit business intelligence and competitor analysis, utilizing market trends to maintain brand leadership position.
  • Support and manage marketing events follow-up.
  • Co-ordinate creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters etc.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate content marketing activities.
