Head,Customer Service at Jumia

Job Title: Head, Customer Service.

To help drive our effort to improve customer satisfaction across the entire customer journey. This is a critical role as it relates directly correlately to continually improving the customer service experience and as a result better customer loyalty and retention

Qualification:

  • Bsc/ BA in safetly management or any related discipline from a reputable university
  • A degree in Business studies, Customer studies, , Management studies or Marketing is an advantage
  • Experience of working with customers, such as in Call Center or Office, is an added advantage
  • A mininum of 3 years' working experience in Marketing, Customer Service and analysis of customer data
