HR Administrator at ICS Limited

Job Title: HR Administrator

ICS Limited seeking to hire on behalf of it's client a Human Resources Administrator for a top pharmaceutical firm.

 

 

Skill/Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HR Online Recruitment Packages
  • Experience of working in an HR environment
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
  • Strong organisation skills. Demonstrate flexibility in meeting changing priorities which may require working overtime
  • Good written and verbal communication and able to communicate to diverse range of people clearly and effectively

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general administrative task for the HR unit
  • Support with all administrative processes in the recruitment process, for example; prepare recruitment documents,organise recruitment tables, draft and place adverts and sit on interview panels
  • Administer onboarding process for new employees and conduct induction meeting with line managers to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities in the induction process
  • Work with all line managers to support traning nominations to EEMA training coordinators, manage the book of trainning,liase with providers, arrange in house training course and track training needs
  • Ensure the HR database accurately reflects current employee details. This includes sending details of starters and leavers, contractual amendments and change of details to HR Service centre
